Question: Do you write code? Answer: Yes, but in a Fractional CTO role, my value is in architecture, review, and strategy. If you need someone to just close JIRA tickets, I can help you hire a developer, but I am not the right fit for that role.
Question: Do you require upfront payment? Answer: Yes. To confirm the engagement and block my time, I require upfront payment. I accept credit cards and bank transfers (EUR, USD, PLN).
Question: What if I don’t use AWS? Answer: My deep technical expertise is in AWS. If you are on Azure/GCP, I can still provide Strategic Oversight and Vendor Management (governance is universal), but I will not be able to perform deep-level code audits for those specific clouds.
